Peaches and Burrata Bowl

If you’ve been following along on my recipes, you’ll know that I like food that is quick and easy to throw together. This peaches and burrata dish is exactly that. If I had to guess, it probably takes three minutes to put this together. And the hardest part is slicing the peaches.

Ingredients

  • Ripe peach, sliced

  • Burrata

  • Hot honey (I like Mike’s)

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. I’ll keep this short and sweet. You’re first going to slice your peach. The smaller slices (while still maintaining some integrity of the fruit) are the easiest to eat, in my opinion. Place your peach slices in a bowl.

  2. Drain the excess water out of the burrata. Place the burrata on top of the peach slices and using a knife cut it open, allowing the runny inside to ooze out.

  3. Top the peaches and burrata with a hefty drizzle of hot honey and a good amount of fresh cracked black pepper. And that’s it, easy as 1-2-3.
