Three Ingredient Nutella Cookies
These three-ingredient Nutella cookies can be summed up perfectly in just three words: fudgey, simple, delicious. Now I don’t think fudgey is an actual word, but it should be. So I’m going to use it anyway.
I love making these cookies to snack on throughout the week. They take just a few minutes to throw together and are the perfect post-dinner (or post-lunch, or post-breakfast) bite. Plus, everybody loves Nutella.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
1 egg
Powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a bowl mix the flour, Nutella, and egg. Mix the ingredients until the flour is fully incorporated and the dough has a Play-Doh-like texture.
Roll the dough into even balls and place them spaced apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on the middle rack.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool fully.
Once cooled, pour the powdered sugar into a wide bowl.
Place each cookie individually into the bowl of powdered sugar and roll around to fully coat.
