Spicy Buffalo Tuna Salad

Calling all my tuna salad lovers! If you are a fan of spice and a unique style of tuna salad, you’re sure to love my spicy buffalo tuna salad recipe. It perfectly combines hot buffalo flavors mixed into a traditional tuna salad. I love prepping this at the beginning of the week to keep in the fridge.

It’s a great crowd-pleaser for those game days, fabulous on a sandwich, or my personal favorite - eaten with a spoon straight out of the bowl.

Ingredients

  • Two 5-ounce cans of tuna

  • 2 Tbsp celery, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp carrots, chopped

  • 3 scallion stalks, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 Tbsp buffalo sauce

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the celery and carrots, set aside. Thinly slice the scallions, and reserve half for later.

  2. Drain tuna.

  3. In a large bowl combine tuna, celery, carrots, half of the scallions, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Mix well until fully incorporated.

  5. Garnish with remaining scallions and serve.
